About the role
Native is seeking a passionate and creative Senior UI Designer to join their studio in Shoreditch. You will define the future of the studio's digital output, shaping experiences across sectors like tech, healthcare, and automotive while setting visual design direction. This role involves taking ownership of creative output, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Define the future of digital output and shape remarkable experiences across various industries.
- Set visual design direction and deliver excellence across platforms including AI experiences, UI, motion design, and 3D prototypes.
- Take ownership of creative output and influence the evolution of the studio.
- Mentor junior designers and guide the team's craft.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers to push creative boundaries.
