Senior UI Designer

About the role

Native is seeking a creative Senior UI Designer to join their studio in Shoreditch and help define the future of their digital output. You will set visual design direction and deliver experiences across sectors including tech, healthcare, wellness, and automotive. The role involves taking ownership of creative output, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of digital output and shape remarkable experiences across various industries.
• Set visual design direction and deliver excellence across platforms including multi-modal AI, UI, motion design, and 3D prototypes.
• Take ownership of creative output and influence the evolution of the studio.
• Mentor junior designers and guide the team's craft.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers to push creative boundaries.
