About the role
Sticker Mule is building a commerce platform that integrates software, manufacturing, and AI. We are seeking an engineer to build, manage, and optimize a team of AI agents designed to accelerate innovation, improve performance, and enhance customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for AI agent implementation and build them accordingly
- Collaborate with department leads to assess AI requirements
- Integrate agents with relevant internal and third-party tools
- Measure agent performance and decommission those that do not deliver results
- Test and adopt new AI tools and models as they become available
- Advise internal teams on AI capabilities to improve their performance
