Attio is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to solve complex technical challenges and provide technical leadership within our engineering organization. You will design and build software that creates groundbreaking user experiences while mentoring and coaching team members to foster growth. This role requires a balance of individual technical execution and strategic leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a critical part of the engineering organization.
• Design significant parts of the infrastructure while aligning with overall technical strategy.
• Set standards for building and operating robust, maintainable, and secure software systems.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow talent and ensure high-quality hiring.
• Optimize technical trade-offs to deliver value to the business and customers.
