About the role

Ripple is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager based in London to cover the UK and Europe market. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving revenue through the direct sale of Ripple Custody to financial institutions, crypto natives, and FinTechs.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin and Payments, effectively communicating the value propositions to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives.
  • Generate leads and secure sales bookings for Ripple products in London to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Develop strategic plans and account tactics, guided by management, to nurture leads and foster relationships within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients, driving engagement and interest.
  • Facilitate the smooth progression of leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and timely closure of deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline forecasts daily, ensuring timely and detailed reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
