Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Nopan is a payment performance platform focused on account and wallet payment methods, helping merchants and fintechs optimize revenue. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with the founding team to design and implement the core product while taking ownership of features from conception to deployment. You will also manage technical infrastructure, optimize system performance, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define, design, and implement the core product.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, bringing your technical expertise to the table.
• Take ownership of entire features from conception to deployment, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Set up and maintain the tech infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up data storage solutions and ensure data integrity and security.
• Optimize system performance and scalability to support a growing user base.
