About the role
Snke Viewing is a medical imaging viewer that supports clinicians and researchers in working with complex clinical data. As a working student, you will support the team in maintaining reliability and release readiness by researching incident data, testing new software versions, and managing testing environments. This role involves collaborating with the development team throughout the full development cycle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track Snke Viewing-related incidents across public and internal sources using manual research and automated routines
- Support software development and release activities by testing new features, bug fixes, and release candidates
- Maintain and improve the testing environment to ensure stability and readiness for validation activities
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks related to incident monitoring, testing, and release management
- Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks
- Work alongside the development team throughout the full development cycle from early concepts to final release
