As an Account Associate for Retail & Grocery, you will manage a portfolio of partners to ensure an optimal user experience while building strong, sustainable relationships. You will analyze performance data, provide recommendations, and improve processes to support the company's rapid growth. This role involves acting as a local expert to ensure contractual commitments are met and service quality is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and take appropriate actions to improve results.
• Create and improve processes for partnership management and growth.
• Develop best practice documentation for specific accounts and the wider portfolio.
• Manage partnership development and data tracking for retail and grocery stores.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments made by partners.
