About the role

The Project Director plays a strategic role in managing large-scale datacenter projects, including design, construction, and retrofit phases from inception to commissioning. This position involves leading project teams, ensuring technical coherence across all trades, and managing financial and contractual performance. The role also contributes to business development and the structural growth of the business unit in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and plan complex datacenter projects from design to commissioning.
• Manage and develop project teams, including engineers and project managers.
• Validate technical studies and ensure coherence across electrical, HVAC, and security systems.
• Oversee project profitability, budgets, and reporting to management.
• Develop technical and financial proposals for pre-sales activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including design offices, contractors, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with market standards and HSE regulations.
• Participate in the development and organization of the business unit.

Qualifications
