About the role

The Technical Project Director for Datacenters will oversee the full lifecycle of datacenter projects, from feasibility studies and technical architecture design to commissioning and handover to operations. This role involves managing technical, economic, and regulatory aspects while coordinating with architects, engineering firms, and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies covering technical, economic, regulatory, and environmental aspects.
• Perform upstream studies and pre-dimensioning for power, thermal, and IT capacity requirements.
• Define and model technical architectures including electrical chains, cooling, and security systems.
• Manage test fits and design reviews with architects and engineering partners.
• Support commercial teams in translating client needs into robust technical solutions.
• Direct projects through the full lifecycle, managing risks, quality, costs, and schedules.
• Ensure technical quality and secure the transition to operations during commissioning and handover.
