About the role

The Project Director plays a strategic role in managing large-scale datacenter projects, including design, construction, and retrofit phases. You will lead project teams, oversee technical and financial performance, and manage client relationships in an international context. The role also involves contributing to the development and structuring of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and plan complex datacenter projects from design to commissioning.
• Manage and develop project engineering and management teams.
• Validate technical studies and ensure coherence across all technical trades including electrical, HVAC, and security systems.
• Ensure project profitability, manage budgets, and provide operational and financial reporting.
• Develop technical and financial proposals for pre-sales activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including design offices, contractors, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with market standards and HSE regulations.
• Participate in the development and organizational structuring of the business unit.

Qualifications
