Applied AI Engineer, Government, International

About the role

The Applied AI Engineering team focuses on the secure and impactful implementation of agentic solutions for public-sector customers. In this role, you will partner with government agencies and policymakers to establish GenAI strategies, identify high-value applications, and lead projects from prototype through production. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment while maintaining strict data and security boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clearly scoped technical implementations with international public-sector customers.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify GenAI applications and build a comprehensive backlog.
• Accelerate customer time to value through hands-on prototyping and strategic guidance.
• Manage relationships with customer leadership and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment.
• Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
• Scale the engineering function by sharing knowledge and codifying best practices.
• Deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
