About the role

As a working student in corporate development, you will work directly with the CEO to learn the fundamentals of business management. You will gain insight into decision-making processes and gradually take on more responsibility within the company. This role is designed for students who want to contribute to the operational success of a boutique performance marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the CEO by staying informed on company operations and current projects.
• Manage stakeholder communication across service providers and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed.
• Oversee administrative backend tasks including invoicing, accounting, contracts, scheduling, reporting, and tax coordination.
• Monitor operational processes and proactively identify and report issues.
• Take ownership of independent projects and business areas over time.
