About the role

As a Junior Consultant, you will drive the continuous improvement of client business processes with a focus on digitalization and the strategic use of artificial intelligence. You will analyze existing workflows to identify efficiency and automation potential while managing innovation projects from conception to implementation. The role involves advising clients on lean process development and integrating AI technologies into their operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes regarding efficiency, digitalization potential, and automation opportunities.
• Advise on the development and implementation of lean, effective processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI technologies into operational and strategic business processes.
• Select and introduce efficient software solutions to support business areas.
• Manage innovation projects from initial idea to final implementation.
• Conduct training sessions to foster acceptance and competence in using AI.
• Monitor trends and technologies in AI, automation, and process management.
