Staff Software Engineer

About the role

Aircall is seeking an engaged and passionate Staff Engineer to serve as a technical leader across our engineering teams. You will be responsible for driving influence across domains, leading solution delivery on strategic initiatives, and ensuring high standards in architecture, security, and DevOps. This role involves leading complex projects from ideation to completion while mentoring teams and advocating for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead transversal, complex projects autonomously from ideation to completion.
• Proactively communicate technical vision across multiple teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a go-to expert providing mentorship and guidance across the organization.
• Deeply understand product domains to identify improvements and advocate for customer needs.
• Lead and define technical strategies for complex, impactful problems.
• Set and uphold high quality standards and drive adoption of best practices in architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Write production-ready code and participate in software design discussions.
