About the role
The Senior Strategic Project Manager will serve as a primary execution driver for critical cross-functional initiatives within the Office of the CEO. This role acts as a strategic bridge between executive leadership and operational, regulatory, product, and business teams across international hubs. The position requires a leader who can orchestrate complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into project roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex business challenges by developing innovative, data-backed solutions.
- Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as a thought partner for leadership.
- Influence major decisions through in-depth analysis and proven insights.
- Develop and introduce new methodologies and best practices within the company.
- Act as the project manager champion for regulatory and supervisory requirements in roadmap design.
- Establish project governance, track milestones, and remove cross-departmental bottlenecks.
- Serve as an authoritative project leader in Luxembourg to harmonize governance with group-wide strategy.
