About the role

Brandl Nutrition is looking for a full-time intern to help expand and optimize their email and CRM marketing channels. You will work closely with the co-founder to plan, create, and analyze newsletters and automated email campaigns while utilizing AI tools to improve performance. This role offers the opportunity to gain deep insights into CRM strategies and product marketing within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute newsletters and campaign emails from concept to design and distribution
• Build and optimize automated email flows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart, and re-engagement emails
• Segment customer lists to ensure targeted communication
• Translate product knowledge into engaging and informative email content
• Test subject lines, content, and send times while analyzing performance metrics
• Utilize AI tools to enhance text creation and data analysis
• Maintain the editorial calendar and contribute new ideas for campaigns
