Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs at Firmus. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiatives are delivered with minimal disruption and maximum value. Depending on the assignment, the role may be externally facing with key customers or internally facing to drive strategic infrastructure and platform programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of programs end to end by turning ambiguous goals into structured, phased plans with clear scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Run the operating rhythm of daily or weekly syncs, executive status meetings, and stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned on readiness and roadmaps.
• Make technical trade-off decisions that balance internal velocity against customer and business impact.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for major hyper-scalers and frontier model builders or lead cross-team platform and infrastructure programs.
• Orchestrate delivery across engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions while managing escalations and holding communication timelines.
