About the role

You will build and deploy reliable AI agents that automate business processes and drive growth. Working within the Marketing Engineering team, you will identify high-impact problems and own the end-to-end development of solutions using frontier models and orchestration tools. The role focuses on making AI agents measurable, safe, and effective for real-world business operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents using the company's platform and latest orchestration tools
• Identify and solve growth-related problems through forward-deployed engineering
• Ensure AI agents are reliable, measurable, and safe for business use
• Evaluate LLM performance and address failure modes in production systems
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of developed solutions

• Experience shipping production systems starting from vague problems
