About the role
The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for the further development of a modern IT environment, focusing on efficiency, security, and digitalization. The role involves managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, automating business processes, and supporting the company's growth through innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with various departments to implement digital solutions and provide technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and develop Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, and host pools.
- Manage user accounts, security roles, and network infrastructure including Sophos XGS firewalls.
- Oversee technical onboarding and offboarding processes and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop and implement business process automations using Power Platform or n8n.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and lead internal IT projects.
- Train and support departments in the use of automation and AI tools.
