About the role

The IT System Administrator will balance operational IT system administration with an active role in data protection and compliance. You will manage internal systems, support employees, and collaborate with various departments and the data protection officer to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows, macOS, and mobile work environments including user, role, and permission management
• Administer the M365 environment, hardware, licenses, and inventory
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and coordinate external IT service providers
• Act as an internal contact for data protection issues and support incident management
• Contribute to data protection documentation, policies, and technical-organizational measures
• Plan and facilitate data protection training and assist in the assessment of AI tools

Qualifications
