About the role

The Team Lead Software Development Customization is responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the lead development team, focusing on customer-specific software adaptations. This role bridges people leadership with technical and operational management, ensuring structured evaluation, design, and reliable implementation of complex customer requirements. The lead will manage team capacities, risks, and priorities while fostering team development and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung deines Lead-Development-Teams
• Coaching der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche
• Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung laufender Customization-Themen und Teamkapazitäten
• Herstellung von Transparenz über Auslastung, Risiken, Blocker und Prioritätskonflikte
• Begleitung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, Risikoanalysen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Reviews
• Steuerung komplexer kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und technischer Vorprüfungen
• Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Schnittstellen, Datenmigrationen und individuellen technischen Lösungen
• Etablierung klarer Arbeitsweisen, Übergaben und Qualitätsstandards innerhalb des Teams
