About the role

The Commercial Director will lead and optimize the commercial activities of multiple eye centers in Bern. This role involves strategic oversight, performance management, and team leadership to achieve business goals and enhance patient satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure the operational excellence of the Sanoptis network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial operations of multiple centers while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor operational performance indicators including patient satisfaction, financial metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and define goals for staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Formulate regional strategic plans aligned with overall business objectives in collaboration with the Head of Operations and local medical experts.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and patient volume.
