About the role
TRM Labs is looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate the next generation of their platform. You will own a slice of the infrastructure end-to-end, focusing on reliability, security, and self-serve capabilities for internal engineering teams. This role requires a builder who can take infrastructure from zero to one and operate it at scale in a high-stakes, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a self-serve internal PaaS to enable engineer productivity.
- Implement multi-region, multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure across GCP and AWS GovCloud.
- Develop agent-native infrastructure and secure sandboxes for AI agents.
- Manage zero-trust secrets and dynamic credentials using Vault.
- Establish reliability engineering practices including SLOs, error budgets, and disaster recovery.
- Implement compliance-as-code for SOC2 and FedRAMP standards.
