About the role

The Team Lead Service Technician will provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a team of 15-20 technicians at the Ronnenberg location. This role involves managing administration, coordination, and logistics processes while ensuring high-quality assembly standards. The lead will also focus on employee development, conducting feedback sessions, and organizing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 service technicians professionally and disciplinarily
• Manage the administration, organization, and coordination of service technicians
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure team equipment is complete
• Coordinate closely with internal interfaces and operational management
• Optimize material and logistics processes
• Organize training and development for technicians
• Ensure the quality of the assembly process in collaboration with quality inspectors
