About the role

The Field Service Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the south of France, managing technical inquiries and resolving issues for solar energy products. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of equipment through hands-on technical support and collaboration with project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities.
• Collaborating closely with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases.
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and all health & safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for current and future service contracts.
