Senior Field Service Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing the commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mobile robotics products. You will work across headquarters, production facilities, and customer sites to provide technical support and conduct workshops. This role serves as a key interface between internal departments and international partners to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to global customers regarding the product portfolio of Franka Robotics GmbH
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues via the ticket system, remote support, or directly on-site at the customer’s location
• Conduct commissioning, repair visits, and customer workshops both on-site and in-house
• Interface between Customer Support, Development, Sales, and Product Management
• Knowledge transfer and stakeholder to our international partners and subsidiaries regarding the aforementioned product portfolio
• Escalation management
