About the role

The General Services Manager is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities across ten tertiary sites. Leading a team of six technicians, the role ensures the well-being and safety of staff and users while managing infrastructure projects and technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, upkeep, and renovation projects for all sites.
• Define and implement technical maintenance plans for electrical and HVAC systems using GMAO software.
• Organize and supervise office moves, workspace layouts, and event logistics.
• Manage procurement, stock levels for furniture and company vehicles, and budget tracking.
• Participate in purchasing policy by managing contracts and service agreements.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the technical team to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
