About the role

The Leiter Finanzen & Controlling will act as a central interface between management, accounting, and tax advisors to analyze and report on the economic performance of the group. This role focuses on strategic financial steering, controlling, and the development of financial systems across multiple business units including construction, real estate, and photovoltaics. The position is designed for an experienced professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Übergreifende finanzwirtschaftliche Betreuung und Steuerung unserer verschiedenen Gesellschaften und Unternehmensbereiche
• Zusammenführung, Analyse und Auswertung der wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen aller Gesellschaften
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Finanz- und Controllingsystems
• Überwachung und Auswertung der Ertrags- und Kostenentwicklung einzelner Geschäftsbereiche
• Wirtschaftliche Betrachtung unserer Immobilien- und Vermietungsobjekte einschließlich Mieteinnahmen, laufender Kosten und Renditen
• Controlling unserer Photovoltaikanlagen hinsichtlich Stromerträgen, Einspeisevergütungen, Betriebskosten und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Überwachung und Bewertung bestehender Investitionen, Finanzierungen und Beteiligungen
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Finanzübersichten, Liquiditätsplanungen und betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen

Qualifications
