Legal Engineer

About the role

Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineer to bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to law firm partners and in-house counsel, demonstrating how Harvey's AI solutions can enhance their specific legal workflows. This role involves securing the legal win in the sales process by providing deep domain expertise and consultative support alongside the account executive team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers’ specific legal problems.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with lawyers.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies.
• Synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a legal lens.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications
