Marketplace Associate

About the role

The Marketplace Associate supports daily operations on online marketplaces with a focus on product data maintenance, order processing, and the use of feed management and integration tools. The role ensures smooth operations, accurate listings, and reliable order fulfillment for products on digital marketplaces, particularly Amazon. The position involves monitoring sales data, managing inventory, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Operative support and maintenance of online marketplaces with a focus on Amazon Vendor and Seller channels
• Support in the creation, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns
• Management and maintenance of advertising accounts on platforms such as OTTO.de, Kaufland.de, or bol.com
• Conducting regular KPI and sales analyses and deriving recommendations for action
• Monitoring sales data, inventory levels, and market trends
• Support in price and inventory management as well as forecasting
• Processing and monitoring of orders
• Maintenance and optimization of product data including titles, descriptions, images, and videos

Qualifications
