Sr. Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ, owning the technical relationship with systems integrators, consultancies, and technology partners. This role involves coaching a distributed team, driving revenue through partner technical capability, and ensuring consistent regional execution of global alliance strategies. The leader will work closely with regional partner leaders and field engineering to scale partner technical co-sell and implementation quality.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance and capability outcomes, including certification growth and enablement strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA and APJ Partner Solutions Architecture team.
• Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with platform partners and systems integrators.
• Define the coverage model and prioritize partner territories and support requirements.
• Provide regional feedback on integration gaps and competitive dynamics to global product teams.
• Travel approximately 30% across both theatres for partner planning and enablement.
