About the role

The Product Line Manager will oversee the product portfolio for powertrain and defense systems throughout the entire lifecycle. This role involves bridging market requirements, customer needs, and technological innovations to develop successful product strategies and profitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the product portfolio over the entire product lifecycle
• Definition of product requirements and development of market and product strategies
• Analysis of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive developments
• Management of pricing, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives
• Close cooperation with sales, engineering, marketing, and project management
• Support for product launches and development of compelling value propositions
• Further development of the product portfolio and derivation of strategic recommendations

Qualifications
