About the role

The Team Lead Talent Acquisition will manage and develop a three-person recruiting team while maintaining hands-on responsibility for end-to-end recruitment of non-technical roles. This role involves building active sourcing strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. You will use data-driven insights to optimize processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a three-person recruiting team by setting clear goals and fostering individual performance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial needs analysis to final hiring.
• Develop and execute an active sourcing strategy to build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Act as a central point of contact for hiring managers and provide transparent reporting on recruiting metrics.
• Oversee the employer branding budget and collaborate on creative recruiting campaigns and events.
