Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

AlphaPrompt is a B2B software startup building an intelligent data room and agentic workspace for the institutional real estate industry. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing onboarding, configuring workflows, and building custom integrations. You will work closely with founders and the lead developer to translate customer feedback into standard product features.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding by setting up data rooms, importing documents, and configuring metadata and workflows.
• Conduct meetings with asset and property managers to gather requirements and present results.
• Develop full-stack solutions using Python for the backend and React for the frontend, including third-party system integrations.
• Deploy and validate AI agents for processing real-world documents such as lease agreements and utility statements.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and implement recurring needs as standard product features.

Qualifications
