Senior Software Engineer Case Execution

About the role

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Case Execution team, which manages critical workflows including eligibility, batching, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on solving complex, data-heavy backend problems and building decision logic to ensure efficient reimbursement for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will contribute to core systems while collaborating cross-functionally to improve platform reliability and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems involving decision logic and workflow sequencing.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure end-to-end correctness and reliability.
• Collaborate with Integrations and Case Strategy teams to align systems with broader platform operations.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required.
