Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Case Execution team, which manages critical workflows including eligibility, batching, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on solving complex, data-heavy backend problems and building robust decision logic to help healthcare providers navigate reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will drive system improvements and collaborate across teams to ensure platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems and manage decision logic within workflows.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure correct and reliable case routing.
• Collaborate with Integrations and Case Strategy teams to align systems with broader platform operations.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required.
