About the role

You will lead a team of product analysts for the Customer Growth and Lifecycle domain, driving sustainable customer growth and influencing product strategy. You will act as a thought partner to product leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making across acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with tactical problem-solving in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics strategy for the Customer Lifecycle domain, translating company-wide vision into a focused team plan.
  • Operate horizontally across Lifecycle squads to connect insights and ensure collective efforts ladder up to commercial goals.
  • Direct work and challenge outputs with authority by mastering key commercial drivers like cohort payback and funnel economics.
  • Build experimentation capability within the domain by establishing clear hypotheses and decision criteria.
  • Increase stakeholder self-sufficiency through dashboards and shared frameworks to prioritize high-value proactive work.
  • Coach and develop the team of analysts, raising the technical bar and providing clarity on performance standards.
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for Lifecycle product leadership to influence evidence-led decision-making.
