As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape the product vision and strategy for a high-scale rewarded user engagement platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical requirements while driving product performance through data-driven experimentation. This role requires a balance of technical fluency and product ownership to deliver high-impact solutions for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Define goals, success metrics, and evolve product direction based on technical constraints and business priorities.
• Gather and balance inputs from stakeholders to write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog end-to-end, including grooming, refinement, and sprint planning.
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.
• Leverage A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring to validate ideas and drive continuous improvement.
