Lead Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations

About the role

Distribusion is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to join the Rail Integrations team within the Supply domain. This role focuses on onboarding carriers by integrating external systems and harmonising data structures to scale the company's ground transportation marketplace. You will lead a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts while defining the strategy for global partner integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts, setting the standard for technical excellence and ownership.
• Define the strategy for partner integrations across 70+ countries.
• Drive automation and build scalable infrastructure to improve integration time-to-live.
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, making prioritisation decisions to grow inventory and revenue.
• Lead high-stakes carrier partnerships and engage with C-level stakeholders to scope and deliver integrations.
• Challenge existing processes and improve how integrations are scoped, executed, and measured.
