Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex digital ecosystems, products, and services in a client-facing capacity. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring they meet client needs on time and within budget while fostering a collaborative environment for multi-disciplined teams. This role requires a detail-oriented leader capable of managing multiple workstreams and providing strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Scope, facilitate, and deliver end-to-end projects that create exceptional creative digital experiences and brand campaigns.
• Onboard, motivate, and set up multi-disciplined project teams for success.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to problem-solve and collaboratively craft solutions.
• Guide the dynamic planning process and delivery of projects, prioritizing work based on team capacity and capability.
• Proactively identify warning signs of potential issues, provide actionable recommendations, and escalate appropriately.
• Accurately scope effort for projects to create robust proposals and Statements of Work.
• Manage resources effectively and coordinate delivery with third-party suppliers and external partners.
• Oversee project financials including budget tracking, time and cost reconciliations, and burn rates.
