About the role

The Solutions Architecture team at ExtraHop focuses on customer outcomes and success rather than billable hours. As a Solutions Architect, you will tackle complex business and technology problems across various industries and play a critical role in the success of customers and products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to develop strategies for high-value data acquisition.
• Profile industry-specific applications and create technical assets to support product improvement and marketing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of high-profile technology problems and advise customers on resolutions.
• Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend product functionality.
• Perform advanced GUI and trigger script development.
