Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of demand generation to drive pipeline growth. You will manage integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, email nurture, and website optimization while collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. The position requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel.
• Build and scale an account-based marketing program targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales.
• Own the end-to-end email nurture strategy across audience segments and improve conversion through testing.
• Partner with marketing colleagues to develop organic social media strategy focused on technical audiences.
• Manage website updates, campaign landing pages, and conversion optimization projects with agency partners.
• Partner with Product Marketing on campaign messaging and asset development.
• Track, report, and iterate on campaign performance to ensure pipeline contribution.
