Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, commercial analysis, and business partnering. The successful candidate will build a full P&L view across the group's divisions and understand the commercial and operational drivers behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly forecast and month-end close process, coordinate and check BU submissions, produce packs with variance analysis and commentary
• Support reforecast cycles, coordinating inputs from budget holders and consolidating into management reporting
• Support cashflow and balance sheet modelling
• Support with the co-ordination and completion of the monthly board pack
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
• Provide commercial analysis and challenge on contract pricing, renewals, and new business proposals
• Partner with operational and commercial teams, presenting analysis to build credibility as a trusted finance contact
• Lead ad hoc analysis on business performance, client profitability, or commercial trends as required
