VP, Quality Assurance

About the role

The VP, Quality Assurance will lead the strategic vision, operations, and financial health of the Quality organization. This role involves overseeing customer audits and inspections while ensuring all activities align with regulatory guidelines and client expectations. The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Allucent Leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead to identify, develop and implement the business strategy for the Quality department.
• Develop and agree upon operating procedures and business processes.
• Head executive and senior management team meetings.
• Review audit reports including process, project, and vendor audits.
• Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation.
• Report to internal stakeholders on business strategy, planning, results and performance.
• Support regulatory authority inspections as needed.
• Represent the Quality organization in key meetings such as Monthly Business Reviews and Board meetings.
• Monitor and assure client satisfaction on existing projects.
• Identify key accounts and maintain relationships to win new and repeat business.
