Account Receivable Specialist

About the role

The Account Receivable Specialist will take full ownership of the collections process and build scalable reporting and systems to support the company's revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure efficient cash flow and accurate billing. The ideal candidate will replace manual processes with automated systems and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Run the full Account Receivable lifecycle including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Design and execute collection strategies to shrink DSO and speed up cash collections
• Build relationships with customer AP teams to resolve payment delays
• Use collections tools to automate outreach and track performance
• Partner with Finance leadership to improve AR processes, reporting, and controls
• Prepare weekly AR aging and collections reports for leadership

Qualifications
