About the role
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving customer profitability, improving gross margins, and optimizing cost structures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex financial data into insights that influence revenue growth, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency. The role is focused on building an analytical culture that empowers team members to harness data for smarter decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate pricing initiatives and commercial strategies, modeling scenarios to help optimize revenue generation and measure business impact.
- Analyze key drivers of customer profitability, margins, and cost of sales to highlight opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and growth.
- Perform in-depth analytical work to uncover trends, translating complex datasets into clear, practical recommendations.
- Partner with Data Engineering and analytics teams to define requirements and ensure efficient data models are built for commercial and financial reporting.
- Build, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and visualisations to ensure critical metrics remain visible, accurate, and actionable across teams.
- Work alongside stakeholders across Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations to translate analytical insights into action and track their long-term impact.
- Advocate for data-informed decision-making across the business, helping refine analytical processes and improving data accuracy over time.
