Client Experience Intern

About the role

Upvest is seeking a Client Experience Intern to support the operational infrastructure for Germany's new private pension system, the Altersvorsorgedepot. You will assist in designing and running core processes, translating complex regulations into clear customer communication, and documenting workflows for the upcoming product launch. This role offers the opportunity to work on a regulated financial product from its inception.

Responsibilities

• Support partner support teams by preparing clear, accurate answers regarding subsidies, transfers, and payouts.
• Assist in running core AVD operations including contract registration, contribution management, and payment reconciliation.
• Document workflows, build step-by-step guides, and maintain error catalogues for operational processes.
• Manage recurring error cases from the ZfA and identify patterns to improve root-cause resolution.
• Provide feedback on manual workarounds to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
