Senior Software Engineer (Capacity and Quota Management)

About the role

Nebius is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team responsible for the Capacity and Quota Management control plane. This role involves building systems that manage GPU reservations, lifecycle rebalancing, and quota distribution across all services. You will take high-level ownership of the technical foundations and architectural tradeoffs for these critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the capacity reservation engine for managing GPU reservations and lifecycle.
• Build and maintain the Quotas Control Plane to manage resource distribution across services.
• Develop APIs to provide visibility and control over resource limits for internal and external users.
• Define the technical roadmap and architectural evolution for capacity and quota management systems.
