The Regulatory Affairs Operations Associate will serve as the operational backbone of the team, managing documentation, processes, and information related to scientific and product topics. This role involves coordinating product and raw material data, ensuring consistency across internal systems, and supporting the team with reformulations and regulatory notifications. It is an ideal position for someone with a scientific background looking to transition into an office-based operational role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regulatory Affairs team with day-to-day operational activities such as product changes and reformulations.
- Coordinate and maintain product and raw material information, including specifications and certificates.
- Gather missing documentation from internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Notify food supplements at the responsible German authority.
- Maintain and ensure consistency of regulatory information in internal databases.
- Conduct initial checks of documents and data for completeness and consistency.
- Take ownership of recurring operational and administrative processes and improve their efficiency.
